At TOM BIHN, we take pride in the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bag or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our crew inspects the returned gear at our Seattle factory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
